Schneider Haus Pumpkin Bread

Makes four small loaves

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 1 cup pumpkinmeat

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
